The beginning: putting Silverlight to use

Playing around with Silverlight has been fun (and frustrating).  Time has come where I need to put all my research to use.  A Photo album is where I’m going to start.  There is a photo viewer on the Microsoft sample site (http://silverlight.net/community/gallerydetail.aspx?cat=4).  However, I want to build a photo viewer that will integrate into Flickr and/or PicasaWeb.

This application will be built using Silverlight 1.1 with C# on the back end.  I would like to stear away from hard coding pages by using Silverlight controls and eventually there will need to be a login component.

Any suggestions or direction are greatly appreciated.
